For many years workers in the insulation trade used beading and crimping equipment that was intended for the sheet metal workers trade where thicker gage materials are often used.  These machines are heavy, bulky and not user friendly when adapted to the insulation trade.

A retired insulator recognized the need for better equipment.  He, and an engineer friend combined their experience, talents and ideas to develop a beader and crimper specifically for the insulation trade.  The Gardner Bully LLC Partnership was formed,  and after building prototypes, field testing and making improvements, the Gardner Bully Combination Beader and Crimper Model 2 was developed.  This tool has many unique, convenient and labor saving features and it has been well accepted by the industry.
